II. Equipment process

The three-axis manipulator grabs the lens from the injection molding machine, and the manipulator grabs the lens for water cut. After cutting, the waste falls into the storage box below. The robot places the lens after the water cut on the positioning slide line, and the four lenses correspond to four sets of molds. After the lens enters the dust-free workshop, the robot grasps the lens with a gripper and puts it into the dust collector. After taking the lens, the material box returns to its original position. After the robot blows dust through the dust blowing device, the dripping device drips and shakes it evenly, and then it is left to drain at a designated location. After the set time, the liquid is sucked in the liquid suction device.
